What counts as a response?

A completed submission counts toward the monthly response allowance. A survey can also have its own total submission limit.

Do respondents need a paid account?

No. Your plan covers your workspace. People answering your surveys do not need a customer account.

When is payment collected?

Creating an account does not collect payment. Paid plans continue to activation after signup; the available payment path depends on this installation’s billing configuration.
