Open your workspace
Sign in using your account. If account registration is unavailable, ask the person who manages this platform for access.
Choose a starting point
Create a blank survey from the dashboard or choose a template. Give it a clear title and select its workspace.
Build and review
Edit questions, options and required fields. Set any conditions, choose a privacy mode, and save your draft.
Publish and share
Publish the saved draft, then use Collect to get its public link or create personal invitations. Controlled anonymous surveys need personal links.
Review your results
Open Analyze & responses. Choose the relevant version, review the answers and export when needed.
Common questions
Do respondents need an account?
No. Public surveys can be completed without an account. Controlled-anonymous surveys require a valid personal invitation.
Can I change a live survey?
Yes. Save your edits as a draft and publish a new version. Earlier responses retain their original version.
Where are my responses?
Open the survey and select Analyze & responses. Check the version selector if the answers you expect are not shown.
Does trying an example save my answers?
No. Example surveys validate the form and show a completion message, but do not store the answers or send them to a campaign.
